Problems in the Constellation

The constellation can have issues and break down or fail to emit its proper light.
The fact is that we are all human beings of a lesser order in some senses.
We must work to improve our own thinking and way of belonging to a higher order.


Thus we must look to naturalize our own light to that of the lights around our being.
We must be aware that we are not to interfere with the light of the others, although it is certainly possible to shine brightly.
We must make sure that we are not trying to stigmatize the light of  the others in the constellation.


To be breif, there are many problems that happen in a health care "team".  In truth this is more apt to fit into the paradigms of a busy surgical team, but in truth it applies to all of the fields that involve more than a few people to emit the light of the entire service.
