The Health Care team as a Constellation

Teams are all good and fine.  Teams score points.  There is no end point.  There is no future in terms of prosperous enlightenment. 
I want to suggest to you that the proper philosophy of health care "team" is that of a constellation.
Constellations shine and emit light.
They light up the sky.
The bring constancy to the world as they are ever present and do not change in proportions or their true light that emits the feeling of constancy to the world.


To look at a health care "team", one must have players that succeed and players that do not adjust or score.
To be righteous, one must look at the team as a constellation.
