The constellations must be fed on positive experience and positive energy.
This makes the stars all shine brighter.
The fact is that when a constellation dispells into an array of individual stars, the constellation is no longer visible. The sad truth is that in many health care situations, these teams are especially complex. In some surgery programs, a true team consists of a group of attending physicians, the cheif and senior residents, a junior resident or more than a few and of course usually more than usually just one intern.
The stars come out bright and they all have medical educations and they all have their own backgrounds and work expeiences and thus their own ethics and manners that the walk in and out of the star arrays with.
In fact if they can hone their skills to those around them, they will help the others shine brighter.
In turn there is more light in the sky.
But in fact, from my experiences, when a star dims or burns at a lower intensity, it does not destroy the image of the light above, but it simply upsets the rest of the stars in the sky as they no longer can be seen as being with the brightest stars.
This is a natural experience and sadly, it denotes that the service must shift its responsibilities.
True that there is a good order among people working in the work place. But of course there is always the possibility that one can in fact contribute to the effectiveness of another.
At times, stars will fall from the sky. Not listening to your brighter stars and trying to shine your most intensity at all times will yield a falling star.
Falling stars make the beginners mistake of trying to shine for the entire constellation when they are only expected to shine for their own place in the heavens.
This intensifies the light of one star over the constellation.
Feeding the stars is essential.
Give them more space to do their jobs and they will invariably do better in the heavens.
Give them more attention as you do your own service.
Give them more sanctuary for themselves to form their own lights.
In some practices, a worker can be damaged by the intensity of the supernova of another star.
The other stars, usually when they are in a situation of performance anxiety are greeted with their own way to decompose and self harm the remainder of the constellation.
True in the every day working environment, the strongest star is always looked upon as the true leader.
Sadly, say if someone is late for work or another malady occurs, the supernova might fire up and bring its own burning upon the other stars and thus burn them out.
The fact is that there are always unpleasanties that occur in all work environments. In effect, one must roll with the changes and one must make amendments for poor performance or likely mishap or extreme unfortunate occurance.
If the occurance becomes a constant nature, then it is necessary to reorganize the constellation. Find a new star or remove the star from the light structure it enjoyed.
But never try to diminish the brightness of another star.
